In 2014, Dr. Chan (Q) has left her comfort zone to start anew as a small design practice and venture into different fields following her belief that “life is the sum of our choices”. Learning through trial and error, she has now built two thematic brands in PMQ and Central Market, is working hard on technology startups in addition to her architectural and curatorial practices. In this talk, she will share her story and what she learned from her retail business and technology experience, and how these re-position her as a total experience designer and someone who makes “Bricks meet Clicks”.
