A) Archi-walk to Project A Data Technology Hub (DT Hub)
Data Technology Hub is a pilot project spearheaded by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) with the initiative to support the development of science and technology and the re-industrialization of Hong Kong.
The development is modern and hi-tech with a focus on high-end, highly customizable and growing technology evolution in relation to new generation of consumer products embedded with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. DT Hub serves to stimulate an encouraging working environment, well-designed with modern office provisions, recreational facilities as well as a large communal landscaped garden essential for a collaborative working environment.
More importantly, it shall serve as a “Gateway Building” into Tseung Kwan O INNOPARK and shall be an “Iconic Building”.
B) Archi-walk to Project C Advanced Manufacturing Centre (AMC)
Advanced Manufacturing Centre (AMC) is a world-class project led by Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation to drive re-industrialization and commercialization of innovations in Hong Kong. Benchmarked against Industry 4.0 Standard, AMC is the first pilot project in HK showcasing how we respond to the emerging trend of digital smart factories. AMC's team have established the prototype of an advanced manufacturing centre in a multi-storey building catering for a multi-tenant industry in the dense urban townscape of HK. The project has also successfully integrated Construction 2.0 building technology to deliver Industry 4.0 standard of Smart Factory for the new era of Re-industrialization in Hong Kong.
