Membership Terms & Conditions 會籍條款:

1. Membership is non-transferable. 
2. Once membership application is acceptable by the CENTRE, membership fee payment is non-refundable nor transferable. 
3. In the event of any member wishes to cancel his/her membership before expiry date, the paid fee will not be refunded. 
4. Members should present their valid identity card in order to enjoy any privileges provided. 
5. Membership runs from the 1st January to 31st December yearly.
6. Full-time students and people with disabilities must produce supporting documents when apply Concessionary Individual Membership.
7. The Centre reserves the right to make any changes to the membership terms and conditions without prior notice and the decision is final. 
8. Members are strictly prohibited to promote private activities/commodities not related to the CENTRE within the centre premises or centre activities, unless prior written approval is given by the centre. 
9. In case of any violation of regulations and/or by laws by the member, the CENTRE reserves the right to terminate the membership of the person at any time without prior warning and to decline his/her membership reapplication in future. The paid membership fee will not be refunded.  

1. 會籍不得轉讓他人。
2. 會員申請一經接納，已繳之會費將不予退還或轉讓。
3. 會員如欲於會籍到期前提早取消會籍，已繳付之會費將不予退還。 
4. 會員必須出示有效身分證明文件，方可以享有活動優惠。 
5. 會籍有效期為每年 1 月 1 日至 12 月 31 日。
6. 全日制學生及殘障人士在申請優惠個人會籍時必須出示證明文件。
7. 本中心保留一切修改會籍條款及細則之權利及最終決定權，且毋須事先通知會員。 
8. 除經本中心書面批准，任何會員不可在中心範圍或於活動中推廣與本中心無關聯的私人活動及商品。 
9. 如發現任何會員違犯有關會籍條款或守則，中心保留即時終止該會員會籍及拒絶接受該人士再次入會之權利，而之前已繳付之會費將不予退還。
