「2x2」的目的是連結我們的城市建構者,一起參與2019 港深建築雙年展。香港建築中心與2019 港深建築雙年展合辦,現誠邀荃灣居民、社區人士、學生和長者與我們分享在荃灣生活的點滴、民間傳說和歷史等。我們將會依據您的故事,創製出一系列建築導賞,並於12月推出。

我們鼓勵參加者帶一些與荃灣有關的小物件,例如荃灣的舊照片或與4個主題(衣、食、住、行)相關的物件,以供分享。

*2019年港深城市\建築雙城雙年展(香港)由香港建築師學會雙年展基金會主辦,香港建築師學會、香港規劃師學會和香港設計師協會協辦,香港特別行政區政府「創意香港」為主要贊助機構,將於2019年12月至2020年3月舉行,旨在為城市規劃者、業界人士及公眾提供一個可交流創意的環境。

【“Impress X Tsuen Wan” Archi-workshop】

2x2 aims at bringing our city builders together to co-create content of UABBHK2019 together. Co-organised by UABBHK2019 and Hong Kong Architecture Centre, we are inviting residents, community members, students and elders from Tsuen Wan to share with us your daily life, folklore and history of this place. Your stories will form the basis for the upcoming series of Archi-Walks from December onwards.

Remarks:
Participants are encouraged to bring some items (preferably small in size) to the event that can represent or linkage with Tsuen Wan. It can be old photos or items of relating to the 4 focus of presentation (food, clothing, housing and transportation).

*The 2019 Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (Hong Kong) (UABBHK2019), organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects Biennale Foundation (HKIABF) in association with The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), The Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) and Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) as co-organisers and Create Hong Kong of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as the lead sponsor, will open from December 2019 until March2020 with the aim of creating an environment for creative exchange and urbanist advocacy for the urban planners, professionals and the general public.
